An EPYPE is a mobile webpage that provides personal interaction with a video at the top, and then below is where you can direct people to your most important information (products, service information, scheduling, and so much more).

Make an EPYPE in 5 Easy Steps!

Let's get started!

Click on EPYPE under Account Setup. You'll see a video guide to help you get started.

Or go to the EPYPEs tab. Then click on, +NEW EPYPE.

Step 1: Choose Template

You can select from the templates available or start with a blank slate.

Video Help is available on the upper right side facing your screen. It's a brief introduction to creating an EPYPE.

Step 2: Build Page Content

Start building your content. You may add a logo(image), heading, content text, and a line or spacer to make it look good. You may add link/s to your products and services. Or add product/s you added to your account. Also, you may add your Personalize Contact Option for your customers.

Go ahead and explore different themes to choose from. Modify the size, color, and font style of your Heading, Content Text, and Buttons. Adjust the image size to your liking. You can also change your background and update your theme.

If you wish to change themes, a pop-up box will appear. You can choose from the following for your background:

Default - This is the background of the template you chose in Step 1.

New Theme - This is the background of the new theme you picked.

Custom - This is the background image you uploaded.

Click on Next and Step 3 will appear.

Step 3: Add Video

You can choose from:

Organization Videos: Gives you access to available videos uploaded by your organization. (If applicable)

Record from Camera: To record someone else using the front camera, turn your phone to the LEFT. To record yourself (selfie), turn the phone to the RIGHT.

Select a File: Upload a saved video from your computer or phone.

Please make sure that the audio on the video is working. If your video doesn't have audio, it may not be uploaded.

Click on Next and Step 4 will appear.

Step 4: Add Page Info

Type in the Name of your EPYPE and provide a description. If categories are made, you can choose the category (or categories) the EPYPE will be under. Then click on PUBLISH EPYPE.

Step 5: Publish

You have to wait for the video to be uploaded. Once, your own EPYPE is published then, it would show up as available in the EPYPEs tab. Please be advised that it may take a few moments for it to process.

Let's Send the EPYPE!

You can click the send button on your EPYPE once it is published, and choose to send it to yourself! This is helpful so you know what it will look like for those you are sending your messages to! The quick send option is a great way to practice sending messages and EPYPE to yourself.
